Meet the Team
Sam Vilhauer has been in the Clark County building industry for 40 years. He started his career in 1978 installing floor coverings and remodeling kitchens and baths. He built his first custom home in 1981 and in 1991 put his carpet knife away to build custom homes, specs, and remodels. Since then his reputation and expertise has grown exponentially based on an unwavering attention to detail, and commitment to listening to his client’s needs. Sam has built between 2 and 24 houses per year since the 80’s and has completed over $8 million in custom home construction in one year. The custom homes Sam has built range in size from 2,000 to over 12,000 square feet.
As a General Contractor, Sam has received accolades and recognition from the Clark County Parade of Homes in 2003 and 2014, as well as receiving Building Excellence Awards in 2009, one of which was winning the “New Home Construction between $1-2 million”.
Sam has also been a member of the local Building Industry Association of Clark County for 15 years, serving as President in 2007.
From the Design phase through the Landscaping phase, Sam and Sam Vilhauer Construction (SVC) are well regarded as a leader in the custom home and remodel arena.
Morall is a true craftsman, unlike any you’re likely to meet. His talent in timber framing, blacksmithing and carpentry are truly unrivaled in the industry.
Morall began his career in commercial construction, building everything from McDonalds restaurants to multilevel mixed use buildings. He found that his true passion lied in custom home construction and soon started his own highly successful custom home company, MJ Olson Enterprises. There wasn’t an award that Morall didn’t win for his work in Parade Homes builds from 2003-2008.
We couldn’t be more excited about his joining the team in 2016. His unique talents and unwavering commitment to excellence in construction make him an incredible asset.
